All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Warranty Disclaimer
All electronic box mods are covered by a 30 day warranty. Within 30 days from purchase we will repair the mod if something fails, a wire comes loose, switch fails, connector loosens etc. We will not repair a mod that has been abused, dropped repeatedly, run over, or crushed. We will not refund cost of postage. You are responsible for postage back to us for the warranty repair. If any box mod fails after 30 days we will repair and ship back your mod for $12.00 for 3.7V Mods and $20.00 for 5V Mods.
There are NO warranties on cartomizers or batteries. Atomizers are covered by DOA only.
Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns on liquid.
All other (not mentioned above) electronic products on this site are provided with a 14 day warranty from the date of receipt for defects. Defective products should be returned to North Carolina Vapes for replacement or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Should you have ANY problem with our products please contact us via email. Your satisfaction is our goal. North Carolina Vapes does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. North Carolina Vapes does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
"Cooling Off" Rule
The Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) Cooling-Off Rule gives you three days to cancel purchases of $25 or more. Under the Cooling-Off Rule, your right to cancel for a full refund extends until midnight of the third business day after the sale.
Cancellations require the return of all goods included in the sale in as good condition as when you received them.
If you do not return the items to the seller - or if you agree to return the items but fail to - you remain obligated under the contract.
North Carolina Vapes has 10 days after receipt of return to issue refund. North Carolina Vapes will not refund the cost of postage for returns.
Limitation of Liability
North Carolina Vapes shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if North Carolina Vapes has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You should consult a healthcare professional prior to the use of any products purchased from this site. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a North Carolina Vapes product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, North Carolina Vapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. North Carolina Vapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, North Carolina Vapes shall issue a credit to your credit card.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by North Carolina Vapes without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

North Carolina Vapes may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to North Carolina Vapes.
Use of Site
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any product from this site. By purchasing from this site you acknowledge reading and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
