Warranty Policy
All mods are covered by a 30 day warranty. Within 30 days from purchase we will repair the mod if something fails, a wire comes loose, switch fails, connector loosens etc. We will not repair a mod that has been abused, dropped repeatedly, run over, or crushed. We will not refund cost of postage. You are responsible for postage back to us for the warranty repair. If any boxmod fails after 30 days we will repair and ship back your mod for $12.00 for 3.7V Mods and $20.00 for 5V Mods.
There are NO warranties on cartomizers or batteries.
Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns on liquid.
Shipping
We currently ship to USA,CANADA, & FRANCE. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to customer email address on file when item is shipped.
We ship via USPS with your choice of First Class(up to 12 oz) or PRIORITY.
We are NOT responsible for International orders held up in customs!
